Heaven under the Stars!
Setting couldn't have been better. The outdoor theater was large enough to accommodate the crowd, comfortable and small enough to still be intimate. It was a warm summer night, surrounded by tall trees and a summer sky filled with stars. Soft Kill is a consummate entertainer, very personable, and extremely talented with an incredible range, from jazz to classical. He makes magic with his trumpet. The talent onstage was unbelievable. He also surrounds himself with such a talented group of musicians, it's unbelievable. There were also some lovely guest surprises that were frosting on the cake. This was an outstanding concert in so many ways. He is going on tour with Barbara Streisand this next year. Don't miss it if you get a chance to go to one of his concerts.
